Show / Hide Hidden Files on Mac OS X

  • To show hidden files, open terminal window and write 2 line below:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE
killall Finder
  • If you want them invisible again, chane TRUE flag to FALSE and killall finder
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE
killall Finder
